Healthy Vegetarian and Gluten Free Rice Flour Bread Recipe

Rice flour is finer than standard flour and is gluten free. Therefore , for those folks that are allergic to gluten or are recommended by doctors not to indulge in gluten. Thisbread recipeis a great option. You can enjoy the bread with no need to worry about gluten intake. In addition, it makes the bread lighter and fluffier; therefore , it gives you a more crumbling crust and softer bread. Here is a straightforward rice flour bread recipe you can make in a stove or bread baking machine.

What you will need:

Almonds - cup

Brown or white rice flour - 1 cups

Baking powder - 4 spoons

Poppy seeds - 3 big spoons

Salt - A pinch

Yogurt - cup

Water - cup

Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Flax seeds - 1 enormous large spoon (as a replacement for egg)

(For people that eat eggs, use 1 egg and 1 white of the egg)

Water - 3 tablespoons

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Grease one 8 x 4 inch bread loaf pan.

Mix cup of almonds with cup of rice flour and grind them finely in a food processor. This can make almond meal. The presence of rice flour inhibits the oil from the almonds being added to the bread.

Mix the remainder of the rice flour, baking powder, 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds and salt in the almond meal and blend well.

Grind the flaxseeds to a fine powder, mix with 3 big spoons of water and let the mix cook for a short while to mix well. Set the mix aside.

Beat the yogurt well to get an even texture.

Add the rest of the water to the yogurt and mix well until you get a buttermilk-like consistency.

Add the plant oil to the mix and combine well.

Add the flaxseed gel to the mix and employ a blender to combine.

Now add the dry ingredient mix, one tablespoon at a time, and mix so that there aren't any piles and all the ingredients are mixed well.

Pour the batter in the prepared bread loaf pan and drizzle the rest of the poppy seeds over the top.

Bake the bread in the stove for approximately 55 minutes.

Remove and cool on a wire rack before cutting in slices.

If using a bread making machine, replace the baking powder with 3 spoons of active dry yeast. The crust of rice flour is chewy and crumbling so you will need to choose the machine settings in an appropriate way.
