Procedures:
First, cut the boneless steak into thin and small pieces across the grain. This may be done faster if the steak is frozen.
Cook the steak in a big skillet with the oil, wait until golden brown.
Once the beef turns to golden brown, chuck in the diced onions, beef broth, sliced celery, green peppers, pepper and salt. Wait and cover the pan for 15 minutes or once the beef and plants are cooked.
Then add the soya sauce, cornstarch, water and mix well. Stir until the beef is thickened for roughly a minute or 2.
